Run /membership in the server and press Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing page for your subscription; cancelling is always available there. You keep the role for the time you have already paid for.
/membership in the server and press Manage billing. Only you see the reply. Both open Stripe’s own billing page for your subscription, where you can cancel it, change the card on it, or read your invoices. Cancelling is always available there — flatpass sets that page up so that it is.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. That is the only kind of cancellation flatpass sets the page up to offer, so there is no way to cut a paid month short by accident. The subscription runs to that date and your Discord role comes off then, not when you press the button. /membership shows you the exact date.
There is no partial month: flatpass does not shorten a period you have paid for, and it does not refund the remainder either. If you want money back rather than an end date, that is the server owner’s decision to make.
Cancelling ends the subscription, and coming back later means subscribing again at whatever the price is then. If you expect to return, pausing keeps your plan and your price — the role still comes off, but nothing is lost.
Run /membership, press Manage billing, and update the payment method in Stripe's portal. A failed renewal keeps your role while Stripe retries.
Yes, from the server's invite page: billing stops and the role comes off until you resume, and you keep the plan and price you had. Not during a free trial.
Ask the server owner — they were paid directly and flatpass never holds the money. Cancelling is not a refund: it stops the next payment and returns nothing.
