0% of your revenue. On every tier.

flatpass is a flat monthly fee metered by one thing: how many paying members you have. Free until you have 15. Never a percentage of your sales.

0% of your revenue — the only meter is active paid members.

No card required. Nothing to pay until your sixteenth paid member — so flatpass comes out of revenue, never out of pocket.

We never hold your money — or your keys.

Every claim here is one you can check in your own Stripe dashboard.

Your Stripe account

Payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect Standard. You authorize flatpass from your Stripe dashboard and can revoke it there any time. No secret API keys pasted into a bot.

No payout step

There’s nothing to pay out. Money settles in your Stripe account the moment a member pays — no platform balance, no payout fees, no minimums, no 45-day wait.

No lock-in

Your subscriptions live on your Stripe account, not ours — the customers, the prices and the saved payment methods are already yours. There’s nothing of yours for us to hold: Stripe does the billing, flatpass assigns the role.

We publish our uptime: status.flatpass.io

And past $1,036 a month in sales,it’s also cheaper — permanently.

Complete bill — each platform’s card processing included at its own rate; Stripe’s US rate on ours. 300 paid members at $35 is about $10,500/month in sales.

Where we lose, plainly: between your sixteenth paid member and roughly $1,036/month in sales, Whop’s percentage is the smaller number — about 14 paid members’ worth, at the $35 membership this page models. That volume is fixed; how many members it takes to reach it is not, so a community selling at a higher price crosses it sooner. Below your sixteenth paid member we’re free, so nothing is cheaper — and above the crossover the flat tier wins and never gives it back, including at every tier boundary above it. Competitor pricing as published or verified, August 3, 2026 — the sources are on Whop’s fees, explained and Discord monetization.

Common questions

What counts as an active paid member?

A member with a live paid subscription to any of your servers, summed across your account. Total server size is irrelevant: a 50,000-member server with 30 subscribers is 30 active paid members.

What happens when I outgrow my tier?

Nothing, for 7 days. New signups keep working; the dashboard says you’ve crossed the cap and we email you. Only after that do new checkouts pause until you upgrade — and if you settle back under the cap in the meantime, nothing happens at all. Existing members are never affected at any stage: nobody loses a role, nobody’s subscription is touched, billing continues as normal.

Why member tiers instead of a percentage?

A percentage is a tax on your growth — the better you do, the more you pay, forever. A flat tier doesn’t move: 200 paid members is $79 a month whether each of them pays you $5 or $50. Put your prices up and none of the difference comes to us.

What is the founding price?

The first 100 sellers lock in every rate on this page for life — not just the tier they start on. Sign up on Free today, grow into Scale two years from now, and you pay today’s Scale price — $149 — however far the published one has moved by then. Cancel and come back and it’s still yours. There’s no code to redeem and nothing to claim. One caveat: it covers the tiers on this page, not products we haven’t built.

Is annual billing available?

No — every tier is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. If a yearly bill would suit you better, contact us.

What happens to my Stripe account if I cancel?

Nothing. You connected your own account via Stripe Connect Standard, so it — plus your customer data and payment history — stays with you.

Do I need a Stripe account already?

No. You can create one during signup in about 2 minutes. Already have one? Connect it with one click.
