Point a button on your site at your invite page, or at one plan's own link from your dashboard, which opens checkout for that plan directly. Add ?ref=website to either and those visits show up separately under Traffic.
Your invite page, flatpass.io/invite/your-server, shows every tier and lets the visitor choose. It is the right link for a single “Join” button.
Each plan also has its own link, such as flatpass.io/invite/your-server/premium/monthly. It skips the invite page and opens checkout for that plan, which suits a pricing table with one button per plan. A free tier’s link has no period on the end.
Posted on its own — in a channel of your server, a post or a DM — a plan link previews as that tier, with its art, its name and the billing period. The preview leaves the price out, because a preview stays as it was when the message was posted, while the link always sells at the current price.
To copy them, open your dashboard and press Add a tracking tag under your invite link. The plan links are listed under Link straight to one plan.
A buyer signs in with Discord before paying, so flatpass knows which account gets the role, and then pays on Stripe’s checkout page. Someone who is not in your server yet is added to it when the payment goes through, with their role, so the button on your site does not need a Discord invite beside it.
Add ?ref=website to the end of either link and those visits and the members they bring are listed under that tag in your dashboard’s Traffic section. Typing website into the tag box before copying adds it for you. Even without a tag, your site’s address shows up under Sites they came from when the visitor’s browser reports it.
A click on a plan link counts as a visit, the same as opening your invite page.
A plan link always opens checkout at the tier’s current price, so changing a price needs no change on your site. The link is made from the tier’s name, though: after renaming a tier, copy its links again. Until you do, the old link opens your invite page, where the tier can still be bought. An archived tier’s link and a billing period you removed do the same.
Add ?promo=CODE to a plan link to send buyers to checkout with that code applied. It is checked again at checkout, and if it no longer applies the buyer lands on your invite page with a message instead of paying full price.
There is no widget or code snippet to install, and nothing is lost without one. Put a plan link behind each button of your pricing table, or your invite page behind a single Join button, and the checkout, the sign-in and the role all happen on flatpass.
