Open the tier on your dashboard, type the new amount and save. Members who are already subscribed keep paying the price they signed up at — only new checkouts pay the new one.
Nothing. Stripe prices cannot be edited once anything is subscribed to them, so flatpass makes a new price and retires the old one. Every live subscription carries on billing against the price it was created with — at the same amount, on the same date, indefinitely.
There is no way to move an existing member onto the new price from flatpass, in either direction. The one thing that reliably moves somebody is cancelling and subscribing again at the new price. You can also edit their subscription in your own Stripe dashboard — Stripe will bill what you set — but flatpass keeps the price it recorded at checkout, so its revenue figures will still show the old amount for that member.
Each tier has a field per interval — weekly, monthly, quarterly, every six months, yearly. Filling an empty one adds that plan; clearing one retires it, so nobody new can buy it while members already on it keep their subscription. A tier has to keep at least one price.
Prices are entered once in your own settlement currency. Each save recalculates the amounts buyers in other currencies see, and those stay as calculated until your next edit.
A price change is an offer made to more people, so flatpass checks first that the tier’s Discord role is one the bot can actually assign right now. If it is not, the save is refused and the message names the role to move in Server Settings → Roles. Move it, reload the dashboard, and save again.
A card posted by /flatpass panel is rewritten when you save, so the buttons in your channel show the new price without you posting it again. If flatpass can no longer edit that message, your dashboard says so under your invite link and asks you to post it again.
Run /flatpass panel in the channel you want it in and pin the card it posts; members subscribe from its buttons.
Archive it. The tier comes off your invite page at once, you choose whether current members keep their access or end at their period's end, and Restore puts it back. There's no hard delete.
In your own Stripe dashboard — the charge was direct, so flatpass has no refund button. A full refund ends the membership and takes the role off; a partial one changes nothing.
